Jan Kolouch works for the Police academy of the Czech Republic and his specialization is Cybercrime, applicability of law within cyberspace, responsibility of ICT users. Since 2008 he works for CESNET, a.l.e. as a lecturer and legal advisor. He was also an Expert Team Member dealing with: Legal Aspects of CERTs Cross-Border Information Sharing; Legal Aspects of CERTs Cross-Border Information Sharing for European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA). Jan Kolouch is active in other projects dealing with cybercrime, cybersecurity, protection of the users both on national and international level.
