Julia Nevmerzhitskaya is currently acting as a Senior Lecturer/Support for EU Research in Research, Development and Innovation unit at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Finland. She is a member of Coherent Security CARD (Center of Applied Research and Development), responsible for cybersecurity related proposals; and a member of cyber security research group formed by Helsinki Metropolitan Universities of Applied Sciences. Her main research topics are around smart and secure societies, which include projects on citizen engagement and living lab approach for social innovations and new business models, and on scaling-up innovative solutions, as well as on cyber security from a societal and business perspectives.
