Jindrich Kalisek

Jindrich is an experienced legal professional with a strong IT and business background focused on IP/IT law (in particular information security/cybersecurity / personal data and privacy protection in online environments, cloud services, software development, copyright, and patenting), commercial law and contracts, administrative law and aviation law.

He is admitted attorney-at-law, chartered mediator, and data protection officer for KKCG, a private investment group, and its major subsidiaries. Jindrich has advised his clients (both commercial entities, chambers of commerce, and public authorities) not only in various projects of disruptive technologies applications (Industry 4.0 services, chatbots, autonomous driving vehicles), but also high-profile business transactions and complex corporate transformations.

He also has a notable track record in GDPR, NIS, and eIDAS compliance advisory. Jindrich holds Ph.D. in software law and is a regular speaker and lecturer on privacy and personal data protection, cybersecurity, and information security.
