The reservation for the discounted rate can be made until the limited capacity promised to the organizer is exhausted, but no later than March 21, 2024. After this specified date or upon the exhaustion of the promised capacity, reservations will be confirmed only upon request, and the hotel reserves the right to determine the price based on hotel occupancy.
Until April 4, 2024, reservations can be canceled free of charge. A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged from April 5, 2024, until 25 hours before arrival. Reservations canceled within 24 hours before arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay.
